About

I started from day-to-day operations work.

Practical follow-up, clearer workflows, small tools.

I spent years in B2B operations, sales administration and logistics follow-up. A lot of the work was simple but important: keeping information clear, following up with the right people and making sure blockers did not disappear in emails or spreadsheets. This portfolio shows how I am learning to turn that operational experience into small practical tools, dashboards and workflows.

The projects here are a way to show how I think: start from a real workflow, organize the information, make the blockers visible, then test a simple interface or AI-assisted step that could make the work easier.

Capability groups

Areas I am practicing and connecting.

Operations Follow-up

I am used to tracking orders, documents, invoices, deliveries and open issues until the next step is clear.

Data Organization

I like turning scattered information into cleaner tables, statuses, tags and short reports that people can actually use.

AI-assisted Workflows

I use AI mostly as a helper for drafting, summarizing, searching and exploring options, not as a replacement for review.

Commerce UX

I explore how product pages, catalogues, search and checkout flows change across different industries.

Learning by Building

The portfolio is a way to test ideas, learn faster and show how I think through practical business problems.

What I can bring

  • Following up orders, documents, invoices, deliveries and open issues with patience and structure.
  • Keeping customer, sales, logistics and finance updates clear enough for the next action.
  • Using spreadsheets, simple data checks and small tools to reduce repetitive manual work.
  • Building portfolio projects to practice dashboards, pre-check flows, catalogue structure and AI-assisted summaries.
